Kindergarten Fitness and Health introduces young students to the basics of how their bodies grow and work.

Students learn how to keep their bodies healthy, access health resources, and make positive choices for their well-being.

Lessons cover physical health and hygiene, mental health and wellness, nutrition and physical activity, injury and violence prevention, and safety. Students participate in fitness activities every lesson.

Students practice fundamental movement patterns such as skipping, hopping, and leaping, and enjoy learning basic yoga poses and cooperative games.

Students also develop life skills like reducing stress, respecting differences, and working together.

Our customized learning approach crafts a strong foundation of essential skills for elementary school students in grades K–5, nurturing a love of learning and confidence in their capabilities.
