Refund policy

Unless otherwise stated in the product listing, we offer free returns within 30 days of purchase of Service. You can return the purchased product for store credit, exchange it for a different product of the same value, or receive a refund to the original payment method. At this time, physical materials packaged with courses are not returnable. To begin the credit, exchange or refund process please submit your request to marketplacesupport@k12.com. For products or services that are governed by a third party’s refund policy, we will follow the refund policy as stated in the product listing.
