Integrated Math III - Skills Recovery is a third-year high school integrated math course where students expand on previous high school math topics including systems of equations and inequalities, polynomials, trigonometry, statistics, and functions.

The course introduces complex numbers, leading to new applications in factoring polynomials, solving polynomial equations, and graphing polynomials. Students work with radical and rational expressions and equations, and extend their knowledge of exponential functions to include inverses and logarithmic functions.

Students explore the unit circle and use trigonometric functions to model periodic processes. Geometry topics include three-dimensional visualization, design and optimization, and real-world modeling.

Students are introduced to piecewise and logistic functions and perform quadratic and exponential regressions. Finally, students use statistical and probability tools, including the standard normal distribution, to analyze data, and apply simulations, experiments, and surveys to make informed inferences.

This course is designed to support learners who need to revisit essential concepts while still building solid preparation for future coursework. Diagnostic tests assess students’ current knowledge and generate individualized study plans, allowing students to focus on topics that need review.

This is a digital lesson accessed via an Online Learning Platform—no physical product will be shipped unless physical materials are purchased as an add-on to the course.

This Skills Recovery course is best suited for those students who have already completed the Standard Level and need to revisit certain topics. Where students show mastery, they can move quickly through the lessons, while receiving additional practice in the areas where they need more support.
