Physical Education
Physical Education is a pass/fail course that combines online instruction with active student participation in weekly cardiovascular, aerobic, muscle-strengthening, and other fitness activities.
Students meet course requirements by keeping weekly logs of their physical activity. The course emphasizes the importance of lifelong physical fitness and includes lessons on injury prevention, nutrition and diet, and stress management.
Students can enroll for one or two semesters and may repeat the course in additional semesters to meet state requirements.
