2nd Grade Art introduces its students to the world of art and architecture. Students explore paintings and sculptures, both realistic and abstract, and learn how artists use lines, shapes, colors, patterns, textures, and forms in portrait, landscape, and still life artworks.

Students take a journey through art forms from Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Americas as they draw, paint, and sculpt their own creations inspired by the works they study.

This is a digital course accessed via an Online Learning Platform—no physical product will be shipped unless physical materials are purchased as an add-on to the course.  This course may have hands-on activities that use common household materials. 

Our customized learning approach crafts a strong foundation of essential skills for elementary school students in grades K–5, nurturing a love of learning and confidence in their capabilities.
