Image Design and Editing is an introductory course for students who want to create visually compelling and professional-looking graphic designs and photos.

Students learn foundational design principles such as composition, color theory, and layout through hands-on projects that allow them to express creativity while building essential design skills.

Using GIMP software, students develop a graphic design portfolio by completing projects that cover technical skills, including working with layers and masks, adding special effects, and using typefaces effectively to create visual impact. These projects equip students with the practical skills needed to design and edit images independently.

Ready your student for life outside the classroom. When learners gain the skills to get to the next level, opportunities come calling.
