Coding and Game Design Unit Bundle

K12 AI Labs Unit Bundle

The Coding and Game Design Unit Bundle is the most expansive module in the AI Labs curriculum, taking students from AI coding assistants all the way through machine learning, neural networks, and social-impact app design across six full lessons. Students build real projects at every stage—debugged scripts, a playable mini-game prototype, a trained ML model, and a community-focused app concept.

AI tools like GitHub Copilot, Google's Teachable Machine, TensorFlow Hub, and Hugging Face make advanced concepts accessible to students at a wide range of experience levels. At the same time, the unit doesn't just teach tools—it builds the judgment, debugging habits, and design thinking that make students effective regardless of what tools they're using.

Each lesson is ISTE-aligned and instructor-ready with full guides, coding activities, and differentiation supports. The unit works well as a standalone computer science elective block or as part of the full AI Labs course.

Our two lessons on Responsible and Ethical AI use are included for FREE with this package.

This is a digital lesson accessed via lesson PDF—no physical product will be shipped.

AI Labs is designed for middle and high school classrooms but is adaptable across grade levels. It fits naturally into computer science, media, elective, or STEM programs—and can be taught as a semester course, stretched to a full-year, or a flexible collection of standalone lessons with 10 Cumulative Project options with teacher materials and student pacing guide.

ABOUT

K12 AI Labs

AI Labs is a hands-on, project-based curriculum that prepares students to understand, use, and think critically about artificial intelligence.
