Chemistry – Honors is an advanced course designed to give students a strong foundation for higher-level science studies.

The course explores all major chemistry topics: atomic structure, chemical bonding and reactions, solutions, stoichiometry, thermochemistry, organic chemistry, and nuclear chemistry. Students work with more challenging honors-level problem sets and assessments to deepen their understanding.

In addition to online lessons, students complete community-based written research projects, conduct independent investigations, prepare reports, and participate in guided online discussions.

The Honors Project will be graded only if Teacher Support is selected for the course.
