Physics - Honors
Physics – Honors is an advanced course covering physical systems, measurement, kinematics, dynamics, momentum, energy, thermodynamics, waves, electricity, and magnetism. It also introduces modern physics topics such as quantum theory and the atomic nucleus.
Honors students complete additional assignments, including debates, research papers, and extended laboratory experiments. The course provides a strong foundation for future college-level physics courses and includes online instruction, assessments, and a problem-solving workbook.
The Honors Project will be graded only if Teacher Support is selected for the course.
